Welcome to Community Aid Network MN’s pick-up and delivery request form! All food and supplies are completely free and we do not require any identification.

Important information about your order:

• As of December 30, 2023 CANMN will no longer be operating out of St. Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral. While we’re searching for a new space, we will not be able to offer community distribution or delivery services.
• The last day of deliveries will be Saturday, December 16, 2023.
• Please email communityaidnetworkmn@gmail if you’d like to be notified once we re-open or follow us on social media for updates @communityaidnetworkmn .


• Orders are filled according to availability. Because our inventory changes hourly, you may not receive all the items that you have requested here.
• If an item you need does not appear on the list of items on the form, check back next week as we may have it in stock.
• We are only able to fill one order per family. If there are multiple families in the same household, an adult from each family should fill out the form separately. If we see multiple orders placed under the same name, we will only fill one of the orders.
• Orders for pick-up must be placed 24-hours before the selected pick-up time slot.
• Deliveries can be made on Saturday afternoons.
